We specialize in the design and construction of custom homes, creating completely personalized dream homes. Prince Construction proudly carries forward the legacy of building in the Texas Hill Country spanning three generations. With Jake's dad and uncle having founded Prince Construction. Jake grew up in on construction sites learning the family business.
As a dedicated husband and wife team, we bring our unique blend of experience, expertise and passion to every project we undertake.

Meet
Jake & Sarah
We're Jake & Sarah Prince, a husband and wife team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer relationships and the highest quality home construction.
We are college sweethearts and met our freshman year at Texas Tech University. We have been married for over 20 years and along with our two children, we love living in and being a part of the Boerne community. Jake's educational background, including a master's degree from Lamar University and experience as a former teacher and school administrator allows him to bring a wealth of project management skills and a commitment to excellence. Sarah is a former teacher and a trained Interior Designer. She brings her keen eye for detail and passion for design to help guide clients through the exciting journey of building a dream home.
